For many, when we are stressed, what we eat (or don't eat) is impacted. Some of us start gobbling down any food within our reach, and some of us forget to eat at all.
The problem is, when stress affects our diet, we wind up feeling even worse, physically and mentally.
On November 21, join us for an intimate workshop to talk about STRESS EATING. We will discuss what it really is, why we do it (there are good reasons!), and what we can do about it.
The workshop will be taking place on the lovely Granville Island at Ocean Breath Yoga (1521 Foreshore Walk, Vancouver, BC). Doors open at 7:00 pm and the workshop will run until 8:15 pm.
There will be delicious tea and extra goodies for attendees… so there is much to look forward to.
