Join Jill Nadon, Group Fitness Instructor and Andrea Zimmering, Holistic Nutritionist for an exciting night of movement and discussion.
This evening will start with a 45 minute barre class (all levels welcome) focusing on quality of movement, starting with a grounding meditation and ending with some reflection led by Jill. Next up, Andrea will take over and lead a 45 minute talk about intuitive eating and how to make it work in everyday life.
