Banana Almond Matcha Tea Latte

The perfect morning or mid-day latte.

Here is what you will want to know about the ingredients:

~ Matcha = antioxidant powerhouse, caffeinated, mood enhancer (thanks to L-theanine)

~ Almond butter = plant-based protein boost

~ Banana = natural, whole food sweetener, full of potassium

~ Cinnamon = blood sugar stabilizer


  • 1 tsp matcha

  • 1.5 cups nut milk (i.e. almond, oat, soy)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp almond butter

  • optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • On a stovetop, heat nut milk until simmering

  • Once simmered, throw all ingredients plus nut milk into the blender and blend until smooth

  • Pour into a mug and enjoy!
