Banana Latte

Total Time: 5 minutes | Serving Size: One person

Note: you will need either a blender that is safe for hot liquid or a handheld electric frother. If you are using an electric frother read the special note under instructions.


  • 1/2 sliced banana

  • 1 1/2 cup of unsweetened non dairy milk (I use almond or homemade hemp milk)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon (depends on your preference)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • crack of pepper (makes the turmeric more absorbable in the body!)

  • optional: 1/2 tsp mushroom powder


  • On stovetop, heat all ingredients in a small saucepan on med-high heat until boiling. Note - if you are using an electric frother, mash up the banana throughly before heating as you will want to be able to get it smooth before using the frother.

  • Once boiling, put the ingredients in the blender and blend for approx 30 sec -1 minute until frothy

  • Pour into heat safe mug or glass and enjoy
